All orders ship within 7-14 business days after processing (not including holidays or weekends)

When you first place an order you’ll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with tracking information.  

 

In addition, Premo is not responsible for the placement of products after delivery. After the item is deemed DELIVERED by the mailing service it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the product.
